PT Plus: TKH Security Earns Fourth Major Parking Guidance System Contract with Tavistock Development

TKH Security (formerly Park Assist) has been awarded the Parking Guidance System (PGS) contract for the Lake Nona Wave Hotel. Tavistock Development’s latest design, the Wave Hotel, is an urban lifestyle hotel located at the epicenter of Lake Nona, offering an eclectic assortment of dining and dynamic meeting and event spaces. With hospitality and technology integrated at every touchpoint, Wave Hotel includes 234 total guest rooms, including 16 One-Bedroom Suites and two Penthouse Suites. TKH Security’s M4 system will be installed in the hotel’s new 900+ space garage, ensuring that guests are treated to an exceptional experience from the moment of arrival to departure.

Given the success of TKH Security’s previous on-site installations and its industry-leading technology, Tavistock Development elected to deploy TKH Security’s camera-based M4 smart-sensor system in this latest facility. Along with the camera-based M4 PGS, this installation will also include TKH Security’s LCD-NAV and VMS-NAV wayfinding signage as well as several exclusive software modules: Park Finder™, Park Alerts™, and Park Surveillance™.
