Parker Technology recently announced the promotion of Tammy Baker, formerly VP of Client Experience, to Chief Operating Officer. She has been responsible for building a team and scaling operations to meet and exceed customer expectations and for leading Parker’s efforts to develop and launch a new software platform.

Blink Charging Co. will acquire European EV charging operator Blue Corner N.V., based in Antwerp, Belgium, and its portfolio of 7,071 charging ports and a robust European charging network. The acquisition gives Blink complete operational control of Blue Corner and its EV charging assets. 


Beam Global announced that a globally recognized entertainment franchise has deployed the EV ARC™ solar-powered EV charging system. “This is the first use of EV ARC systems by the entertainment industry. However, we anticipate growth in the area,” said Beam Global CEO Desmond Wheatley. Beam Global announced an order from the California Department of General Services for 52 Beam Global EV ARC™ solar-powered EV charging systems. Beam Global also announced that EV ARC™ solar-powered EV charging systems will be deployed by Construction Art, a commercial design and construction company, at two locations in South Carolina.

LAZ Parking Chairman and CEO Alan B. Lazowski announced that LAZ has acquired Serco Parking Services, the parking enforcement, and parking meter management services of Serco Inc. LAZ Parking also announced that it has partnered with Applico, Inc. to support the digital transformation of its services and the parking industry. Applico will help LAZ incorporate “proximity on-demand” services or PODS into its traditional parking operations. LAZ Parking announced that it has been selected by the City of Syracuse, NY, to be the sole operator of its municipal parking garages.
