TIBA Parking Acquires Signature Controls Systems

TIBA Parking has acquired Ohio-based Signature Control Systems, a leading integrator of TIBA Parking systems. Jon Bowsher has been appointed as the new president of TIBA North America.

TIBA, a market leader in innovative parking solutions in North America, has exhibited extraordinary growth in past several years, and is aiming to increase its market presence with the acquisition of Signature Control Systems. TIBA’s exceptional growth and success will be fortified by the addition of Signature Control Systems, offering even greater operational excellence to partners and customers. Together, TIBA Parking and Signature Control Systems will expand geographically and target additional market segments.

Signature Control Systems, specializing in the distribution, installation and support of vehicle Access Control Systems, Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) has been successful in many vertical markets. Recent significant wins by Signature Control Systems, as a TIBA Parking partner, include major U.S. airports, hotel chains, municipalities and some of the U.S. largest universities. Signature Control Systems will continue to operate autonomously as a TIBA Parking reseller.
