Hectronic U.S.A. and Pure Parking Technologies Merge

Hectronic U.S.A. has joined forces with Pure Parking Technologies. Through this partnering, Pure Parking is now its new majority shareholder. The newly merged company will operate under the Hectronic U.S.A. name. Part of Germany-based Hectronic GmbH, it will continue to provide customers with an extensive portfolio of parking management solutions.
“The American market is very challenging,” a corporate executive said, “and with the New York-based Pure Parking, we have found a partner that can provide the required expertise and network. In light of this, we see ourselves as being ideally positioned for the future, and are certain we can together extend activities in the parking business area.
“Both companies have considerable talent and expertise in all areas of on- and off-street parking products and integrating solutions,” the executive noted. “Combining our products, services and employees will allow us to better service the market place.”
The newly formed company will continue to operate out of its current facilities in Chesapeake, VA, and its corporate headquarters in Brewster, NY.
Pure Parking’s Karen Cardillo will be CEO of Hectronic U.S.A., and Steve Snyder will remain as its President. “The combination of superior parking technology from Hectronic ... with expert distribution capabilities, integrating technologies and third-party parking add-ons makes this a win-win for everyone,” Cardillo said.
