Allan Copping, CEO of Impark, will be interviewed as a parking industry “thought leader” as part of the iconic Harwood CEO Leadership Forum during the 2016 National Parking Association (NPA) Convention & Expo, Sept. 19-22 in Atlanta. 

And John Johnson, a Co-Founder, Principal and Managing Director of The Spartan Group, will deliver the event’s annual economic forecast. 

Copping will share his perspective on culture and organic and acquisition growth, and how technology has enabled Impark’s growth and transformation over the past five years. He has more than 20 years of financial, real estate and asset management experience. The company’s former CFO became CEO in 2010. 

Copping has built a leadership team and business vision that has enabled Impark to attract talent, acquisitions and funding for infrastructure to modernize both its systems and service delivery. He is experienced in corporate development projects, investment management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and parking operations.

Johnson will deliver the annual economic forecast. He will speak on the macro-economic, infrastructure and M&A trends driving investment in the parking industry. Johnson also will highlight economic data, factors impacting M&A investment, economic cycles and how macro-economic and demographic cycles affect parking.
