Scheidt & Bachmann proudly announces that Schmit Parkeersystemen B.V., based in Zoetermeer, Netherlands, joins the Scheidt & Bachmann family as a 100% subsidiary retroactive to January 1, 2015. Schmit Parkeersystemen was a longtime distributor of S&B GmbH equipment and based on their successful partnership, both management boards decided this was a natural progression.

The company will be maintained as an independent organization under the name Scheidt & Bachmann Parkeersystemen B.V. and will continue to offer its renown On and Off Street product and service portfolio.  The team will remain a highly competent contact for the Netherlands.

The new subsidiary will continue to offer the On-Street Parking products of Cale from Sweden. “Our strong business relationship with Schmit Parkeersystemen and collaboration with Scheidt & Bachmann will in this constellation ensure new opportunities for Cale”, says Anton Kaya, Managing Director of Cale Access AB, Sweden.
