SMC Software has announced that its President and COO, Mike Harley, is scheduled to speak at the 2015 Parking Industry Exhibition (PIE) in Chicago. Harley has more than 30 years of experience in travel-related industries, with emphasis on reservation operations, business management, sales and marketing. 

PIE 2015 will kick off a yearlong celebration of Parking Today magazine’s 20 years in the industry. It will feature cutting-edge parking seminars and

events focusing on the latest technology and marketing developments in the parking industry. 

Harley’s presentation will highlight the importance of online branding through the use of content, social media, blogs, video and email marketing techniques. The presentation also will include information on generating high online conversions for businesses. His session will feature these topics because, Harley says, he believes they are integral for business growth and often underutilized for many small to mid-size parking operators. 

The presentation will be recorded, and after the conclusion of PIE 2015, will be accessible via SMC Software’s website for interested parties unable to attend the event.
